THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA
                                
                            DECISION
ON AMENDING THE DECISION OF CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE  REPUBLIC
OF LITHUANIA "ON APPROVING THE RULES OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL  COURT
OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA" OF 5 MARCH 2004

     The  Constitutional  Court  of the Republic  of   Lithuania,
composed  of  the Justices of the Constitutional  Court   Armanas
Abramavičius,   Toma  Birmontienė,  Egidijus  Kūris,     Kęstutis
Lapinskas,   Zenonas   Namavičius,  Ramutė  Ruškytė,     Vytautas
Sinkevičius, Stasys Stačiokas and Romualdas Kęstutis Urbaitis, 
with the secretary of the sitting—Daiva Pitrėnaitė,
     at  an  organisational sitting of the Constitutional   Court
considered  draft  Rules  of  the Constitutional  Court  of   the
Republic of Lithuania (new wording).
     Conforming  to  Article 3 of the Law on the   Constitutional
Court of the Republic of Lithuania, the Constitutional Court  has
adopted the following 

                            decision:

     1.  To  amend the Rules of the Constitutional Court of   the
Republic of Lithuania approved by the Decision of  Constitutional
Court of the Republic of Lithuania "On Approving the Rules of the
Constitutional  Court  of the Republic of Lithuania" of 5   March
2004  (Official Gazette Valstybės žinios, 2004, No. 38-1237,  No.
57; 2005, No. 137-4937; 2006, No. 126-4804), and to set it  forth
in a new wording (annexed).
     2.  To  publish this Constitutional Court decision and   the
Rules of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania in
the  official  gazette  "Valstybės žinios" and at  the   Internet
website of the Constitutional Court.
