  FORMER JUSTICE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF BELARUS MR. A.
  VASHKEVITCH HAS VISITED THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF LITHUANIA

     A  professor  of  the  Law  Departament  of  Belarus   State
University, former Justice of the Constitutional Court of Belarus
Mr. Aleksander Vashkevitch, has visited the Constitutional  Court
of Lithuania and has met its Justice Mrs. Toma Birmontienė.
     The guest was interested in the Lithuanian system of courts,
the  possibility  to  introduce  the  institute  of    individual
complaint   in   Lithuania   and  the  jurisprudence   of     the
Constitutional Court of Lithuania of recent years.
