   THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF LITHUANIA WILL
  ATTEND THE 9(TH) INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF CHIEF JUSTICES OF
                        THE WORLD IN INDIA
                                

     On 10-16 December 2008, the President of the  Constitutional
Court  of Lithuania Mr. Kęstutis Lapinskas will attend the  9(th)
international  conference  of chief justices of the world   which
will take place in New Delhi and Lucknow (India).
     K.  Lapinskas will deliver the speech "Welfare of the  Child
and  Some  Aspects of Securing the Constitutional Rights of   the
Child"
