  MR. A. TAMINSKAS,  JUSTICE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT, WILL
   DELIVER A REPORT IN THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE IN ARMENIA
                                

     Mr.  Algirdas Taminskas, the Justice of the   Constitutional
Court of Lithuania, will attend the XIIIth Yerevan  International
Conference   "Fundamental  constitutional  values  and     public
practice", which will take place on 3-5 October 2008, in  Yerevan
(Armenia). 
     A.  Taminskas will deliver the report "Immunity of  Property
in the Concept of the Constitutional Court of Lithuania".
     Representatives of the Constitutional Court of the  Republic
of Lithuania have attended Yerevan conferences since 1998.
