   THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF LITHUANIA WILL
 ATTEND THE CONFERENCE DEDICATED TO THE FOUNDATION OF THE POLISH
         ROYAL TRIBUNAL AND 3(RD) CONSTITUTION OF POLAND
                                

     On  8-9 May 2008, the President of the Constitutional  Court
of  Lithuania Mr. Kęstutis Lapinskas will attend the   conference
dedicated to the 430th anniversay of the foundation of the Polish
Royal  Tribunal and 10(th) anniversary of the 3(rd)  Constitution
of  Poland.  The conference is organised by  the   Constitutional
Tribunal of Poland.
     The  guests  will participate in an exhibition held at   the
state archive of the Lublin region.
     Prof. Waszlaw Uruszczak will deliver the speech on the basis
of system (order) of the traditions of law in the Great Duchy  of
Lithuania and the Kingdom of Poland.
     This  conference will finish the lectures dedicated to   the
traditions of law in the Great Duchy of Lithuania and the Kingdom
of Poland, organized by the Constitutional Tribunal of Poland.
     Liublin  was  chosen for this occasion because of the   fact
that the Royal Tribunal of Poland was established and located  in
this town.
     Mr.  K.  Lapinskas  in Lublin will be  accompanied  by   Mr.
Zenonas  Namavičius, the Justice of the Constititional Court   of
Lithuania.
