   THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF LITHUANIA WILL
  ATTEND THE COMMEMORATION OF THE CONSTITUTION OF 3TH OF MAY IN
                              POLAND
                                

     On  2 on May, Mr. Kęstutis Lapinskas, the President of   the
Constitutional  Court  of  Lithuania,  will  attend  the   Polish
national festival, the Commemoration of the Consitution of 3th of
May. A military parade and an international conference that  will
take  place at the Constitutional Court of Poland are   dedicated
for this event.
     Prof.  Mr.  James B. Collinsas, a guest of honour from   the
Georgetown University (USA), will deliver his speech "The East is
teaching  the  West: the influence of the Polish   constitutional
though on the world of Atlantic, 1572-1810". 
     Dr.  Mr. Richard Butterwick from London Collegde  University
has prepared a speech "The Constitution of 3th of May in a modern
Europe: syntesis of republiconism and monarchy". 
     Representatives  of  the Constitutional Court of   Lithuania
attended  the  ceremonies of the Constitution of 3th of  May   in
Poland before.
