THE DELEGATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF LITHUANIA IS ON THE
              OFFICIAL VISIT TO THE CZECH REPUBLIC
                                

     The delegation of the Constitutional Court of Lithuania, led
by  the President Mr. Egidijus Kūris, has started their visit  to
the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.
     The Justices of both Courts will discuss the main  decisions
of the recent years and share their experience. The meeting which
takes place in the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic  in
Brno  will cover the relations of the constitutional courts   and
other  state's bodies and also representation of the parties   in
the proceeding of the constitutional court.
     The visit includes the visit to the Law Faculty of the Bruno
Masaryk university.
     The  delegation of the Constitutional Court of Lithuania  is
composed  of  the Justices Mrs. Toma Birmontienė, Mr.   Romualdas
Kęstutis Urbaitis  and  Chancellor  of the  Court  Mr.   Viktoras
Rinkevičius.
     The bilateral cooperation between the Constitutional  Courts
of Lithuania and Czech Republic started in the year 1999.
     The  delegation  of  the  Constitutional  Court  of    Czech
Republic,  led  by  the President Mr. Pavel  Rychetski,   visited
Lithuanian in June 2007.
